Room Rates

• Rates quoted per night, single or double occupancy
• Minimum 2 night stay on weekends from May 15 to October 31
• Rates subject to 7% sales tax and 5% occupancy tax
• Includes full breakfast served each morning
• Rates subject to change without notice

Reservations

• Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card in the guest's name
• A 50% deposit is required to hold a reservation
• No refunds for early departures

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made no later than 10 days prior to arrival. A service fee of $25 will be charged to your account
• If a cancellation is necessary 9 days or less prior to scheduled arrival, your account will be charged the 50% deposit, unless we can rebook

Other Policies

• We are protected by a complete sprinkler and fire alarm system. No smoking of any kind is allowed in the house, nor are lighting of candles, incense or other flammable devices
• Regretfully, we cannot accommodate small children under the age of 13 or pets of any kind
• Unless special arrangements are made in advance, check-in time is after 3:00 pm and before 9:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am
• For the privacy and security of our guests, touring of our facility is by appointment only
